This specific coffee is what is referred to as Peaberry, which Tanzania is famous for. Most coffee grows with two beans together in what is referred to as a cherry, which produces a flat sided coffee bean. Peaberry is when only one coffee bean grows inside of a coffee cherry, hence a more rounded coffee bean!!
